the correct formation of words, the inconvenience of concrete fact vs. partially remembered detail divided by guesswork, jetlag, Kentucky bourbon, & the onset of a no doubt debilitating man-flu, all ably contributed to a Bank Holiday Weekend motorway traffic log-jam, trapped in an non-air conditioned car with 3 screaming kids in the back seat (all tired & grumpy & “want to go home, mama”, even though we haven’t even got to where we’re going yet) sized effort of enjoyable shambolism & general mouth-minus-brain gibbery.
